Seeking a seasoned Revenue & Ad Tech Manager with 10+ years of expertise in digital advertising, programmatic, and monetization strategies to drive revenue growth and lead ad operations.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of ad tech strategy and project management.
  • In charge of the programmatic team responsible for optimizing the CPMs and the final revenue.
  • In charge of finding new ways to monetize the company's content.
  • In charge of the revenue strategy and monetization strategy.
  • Handle media planning and ad operations team supporting direct sales.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships.
  • Responsible for quarterly revenue targets.
  • Oversee continual process improvement across planning, ad ops, and ad technology.
  • Support sales team with annual, quarterly, monthly ComScore reporting.
  • Develop new ad products across all the platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Media/Journalism/Sales.
  • 10+ years experience in direct sales + ad operations.
  • Strong track record in revenue growth for a publisher.
  • Strong interest in Advertising Technologies.
  • Strong Data Analyzing Skills.
  • Experience in affiliate, subscriptions, and digital advertising - programmatic.
  • Ability to design, implement, and improve processes.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in monetization and competitive trends in the digital industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Ability to operate calmly and smoothly with self-discipline.
  • Startup mindset.
